- Touch controls are easy to use.
- Functions are written and easy to comprehend.
- Functions are grouped together well.
- Digital display is bright and clear.
- Quick reference guide on the inside around the door at the bottom, for auto defrost, auto reheat and auto cook.
- Short melody and 'END' shown on display when microwave has finished.
- Comprehensive instructions with cooking guides and instructions.
- Sealed control panel easy to wipe over.
- Grey interior with 'easy clean' coating is easy to clean.
- The microwave beeps twice throughout defrosting, but does not pause the microwave.
- Large moulded pull handle on the side of door, easy to use and clean.
Bad Points
- Only OK visibility through door.
- May need to refer to manual initially when using controls.
- Seam around digital display can trap dirt and grime.
- Some small holes on the inside of the microwave that can accumulate grime.
- Can only accommodate a standard dinner sized plate and may not fit any dish with extended handle.
- Can be awkward removing hot or heavy items from the microwave due to small cavity, easily knocks the small turntable off the runner.
- Brand reliability is below average.
- Due to members complaints we have placed LG microwaves in our kitchen areas to continually monitor these microwaves for any issues. We will continue to monitor them for a couple of years.
