- Unable to toast u0022Burgenu0022 bread at highest setting.
- Poor score for browning evenly.
- Toaster struggles to toast bread at even the highest setting and bread that is any denser than white bread will require two runs.
- Toaster was even replaced due to its weak toasting performance, however, its replacement didn't perform much better.
- Poor at toasting a single slice of bread.
- The unique exterior shape of the toaster makes it difficult to clean.
